A man has been taken to hospital following a major emergency services response outside the Premier League headquarters in Paddington, Central London, late Wednesday evening.

Emergency services descended on Gloucester Place at around 11:00 PM after concerns were raised for the welfare of a man reportedly experiencing a mental health crisis. The incident prompted a significant deployment, with at least four police vans, seven other police vehicles, and two ambulances seen at the scene.

Eyewitness s shared details from the scene, describing flashing blue lights and officers cordoning off the area, which lies close to the offices of both the Premier League and GB News.

According to early reports, the man was located at Dudley House, near the entrance to the Premier League building. Officers responded to calls reporting concerns for his safety. It is understood that the man may have been attempting to gain access to the premises, although this has not been confirmed.
