Police are seeking to identify a bus driver after a dramatic collision in Longfield involving a Range Rover and a bus at a roundabout.

Crash Caught on Camera

Footage has emerged showing a black Range Rover pulling out from the forecourt of Farrins Service & MOT Centre on Main Road around 4:15pm yesterday (February 10). As the vehicle attempted to join the roundabout, it collided with a passing bus, sending a visible jolt through the larger vehicle.

Despite the impact, the bus continued driving and did not stop at the scene.

Police Appeal for Bus Driver

Kent Police have now launched an appeal to trace the bus driver, who may not have realised the extent of the crash. Officers are urging anyone with dashcam footage or witness information to come forward.

A Kent Police spokesperson said:

“We are aware of an incident involving a Range Rover and a bus at the roundabout on Main Road, Longfield, at approximately 4:15pm on Monday, 10 February.

“The bus did not stop following the collision, and we are keen to speak with the driver or anyone who may have witnessed the incident.”

Witnesses Urged to Come Forward

Police are asking for anyone with information to contact them on 101, quoting reference [case number, if available].

Alternatively, anonymous reports can be made via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

The investigation is ongoing.
