A fire has broken out at a former nightclub in Hastings Old Town.
Ten fire crews responded shortly after 7.15 p.m. to the fire at the former Saturdays nightclub site.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue has advised the public to avoid the area while firefighters work to put out the fire. Sussex Police were also present.
George Street, which is half a mile from Hastings town centre, has also been closed, according to the fire service.
