On Saturday, June 8th, at approximately 3pm police were called to Centre Common Road in Chislehurst following reports of a violent altercation involving knives. Officers, accompanied by the London Ambulance Service (LAS), quickly responded to the scene.

Upon arrival, they found a man in his 20s suffering from stab wounds. He was promptly transported to the hospital, where his injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening and non-life-changing.

Authorities have arrested a man in connection with the incident. The suspect is currently being held at a police station in south London.

The Metropolitan Police are appealing to the public for any information or witnesses that could assist in their investigation. Individuals are urged to call 101 and reference case number 4270/08jun.
