In a separate incident that occurred yesterday, tragedy struck again as a car plunged into the River Thames in Vicarage Walk, Battersea. Emergency services were called to the scene at approximately 12:20 am on March 29th after reports of a vehicle entering the water.
The car, with one occupant inside, was retrieved from the river later that day at 11:20 am. Unfortunately, the individual found in the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.

We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic, and an incident response officer. We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance. Our first medic arrived on the scene in three minutes. We treated a man at the scene for a chest injury before taking him to hospital.”
