A 24-year-old man was taken to hospital after being stabbed during an altercation on a bus in Blackheath, southeast London.
The incident occurred shortly after 4.30pm on Sunday, 30 March, at the junction of Stratheden Road and Langton Way, SE3. Emergency services, including the Metropolitan Police and the London Ambulance Service, responded swiftly to reports of the violent incident.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a man with a stab wound. He was transported to hospital, where his condition was assessed as neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
A 40-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He also sustained a head injury during the altercation and was taken to hospital for medical treatment before being transferred to police custody.

During the incident, a police officer also required medical attention after being injured by glass at the scene.
A crime scene remains in place while officers continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.
