A man in his 30s was the victim of a stabbing incident that occurred on Boxing Day in Harvey Place, situated off The Old High Street in Folkestone. The incident unfolded at approximately 9:40 pm, prompting a swift response from law enforcement and paramedics who were called to the scene.
The victim, identified as a man in his 30s, suffered injuries consistent with a stab wound. He received immediate medical attention at the scene and was subsequently transported to King’s College Hospital in London. Fortunately, his condition is reported to be stable.
Kent Police swiftly apprehended a 30-year-old woman in connection with the incident. Subsequently, she was released on bail, with a scheduled return to the police station on March 26, 2024. This release is contingent upon the ongoing investigation into the matter.
A police spokesperson commented on the situation, stating, “The victim, a man in his 30s, was treated for an injury consistent with a stab wound. He was taken to a hospital where he remains in a stable condition.”
