Officers from the Metropolitan Police responded to an incident on england/sheringham/”>Sheringham Avenue at 3.57am on September 8. Upon arrival, they established a large scene, which included surrounding streets Romford Road and ilford/”>Little Ilford Lane.
A 62-year-old man was discovered suffering from stab wounds inside a property and was subsequently taken to hospital in critical condition.
Arrests Made
Six men, aged between 22 and 57, were arrested at a nearby address but have since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Current Condition of the Victim
As of September 12, the Metropolitan Police provided an update confirming that the victim remains in a critical condition in hospital.
Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the police via 101, quoting reference number 798/8SEP.
