Police were called following a report of an assault on Saturday 28 September 2024 after a man left a public house in Mead Road, Willesborough. It is alleged he was assaulted from behind by another man at around 10.30pm.
The victim, aged in his thirties, sustained broken bones and injuries to his face and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. He has since been discharged to continue his recovery at home.
Officers have released CCTV images of two men who may have information that could assist the investigation.

A 26-year-old man from Ashford, who was arrested on suspicion of assault on Tuesday 1 October, remains on bail while enquiries continue.
