Firefighters from Kent, London, and Surrey have been scrambled to tackle a large fire involving an HGV near Clacket Lane services. The blaze, which erupted shortly after 10 p.m. on Sunday, has led to the closure of the London-bound carriageway as emergency services work to contain the situation.
The fire, which engulfed an 18-wheeler, prompted a significant response from local fire stations in Reigate and surrounding areas.
