The London Ambulance Service has issued a statement after a serious incident in Eltham where three men were taken to hospital following a triple stabbing. Paramedics were called to Purneys Road shortly before 1 p.m. today (November 3) after reports of a violent incident.
In response, multiple emergency resources were dispatched, including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast-response cars, an incident response officer, and London’s Air Ambulance. The first crew arrived on the scene within six minutes.
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service confirmed, “We were called at 12:56 p.m. today (Sunday 3 November) to reports of a stabbing in Purneys Road, SE9. We sent a number of resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast-response cars, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance. Our crews treated three male patients at the scene, before taking them to London major trauma centres by road, as a priority.”
The condition of the three victims has not yet been confirmed, and no further details have been released regarding the circumstances of the attack. Authorities are continuing their investigation, and a crime scene has been established in the area.
