Eskhaq Sadat (06/11/05), of Bury, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, with one in relation to an %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% into an incident in Sussex in 2023.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%% Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday 4 November).
Detective Sergeant Ellen Nasim, from GMP's Bury district, said: "Tackling %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%%, including sexual violence, is a matter of priority for Greater Manchester Police. Any form of sexual %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_3%%, abuse or harassment is unacceptable and we take reports of this nature very seriously.
"If you or someone you know has been a victim of rape or sexual assault, we encourage you not to suffer in silence and report it to the %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_4%% by calling 101 or 999 in an emergency."
