Police were called at 9:14 AM on Thursday, 21 November, to a residential property on Hayes Road, Bromley (BR2), following a concern for the safety of a resident.
Upon arrival, officers were joined by the London Fire Brigade and the London Ambulance Service. Tragically, the body of a woman in her 90s was discovered at the scene. She was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
Investigation Ongoing
At this stage, authorities do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding the woman’s death. However, enquiries remain ongoing to establish the full details of the incident.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said:
“We were called following a concern for safety. Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the deceased during this difficult time.

The property has since been secured, and no further details about the woman’s identity have been released.
