A 23-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of a man in Conisbrough, Doncaster.
Korey Ewen, of Maple Grove, was charged today (18 January) in connection with the incident. He remains in custody and is set to appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% on Monday, 20 January.
%%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%% were called to a property on Maple Grove at 9:29 pm on Thursday (16 January) after reports of a man found deceased. Emergency services attended the scene, but 63-year-old John Hinchliffe was sadly pronounced dead on arrival.
John's %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% is being supported by specially trained officers during this difficult time. A police spokesperson confirmed that a small cordon remains in place on Maple Grove as detectives carry out further enquiries.
