Two individuals have been charged by police following an incident of criminal damage in Shepherd's Bush.
Nigel Fleming, 63, from %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% Crescent, Barnet, and Catherine Nash, 74, from Castle Green Close, Westmorland and Furness, Cumbria, face charges after powdered paint was reportedly sprayed inside a shop on Aerial Way at around 10:00 am on Wednesday, 12 March.
Nash has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%% Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 13 March.
Fleming was released on conditional bail and is expected to return to Westminster Magistrates’ %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% on Thursday, 8 April.
