A teenager has been taken to hospital following a stabbing at a park in Southwark, south London.
The incident took place at %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% Gardens on Harper Road at around 9.40pm on April 11. Emergency services, including officers from the Metropolitan %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%%, rushed to the scene after reports of a serious assault.
A 19-year-old male victim was found injured and was transported to hospital. Thankfully, his injuries were later confirmed as non-life changing.
Man Charged Following Investigation
The Met Police have confirmed that a man has been charged with wounding with intent in connection with the stabbing. He has already appeared in court, although further details about the %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% have not yet been made public.
Officers have now launched a %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_3%% and are urging anyone who was in the area at the time or who may have relevant information to come forward.
