A man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder following a serious incident at a property near Hastings.
Emergency services were called to an address in Guestling at around 11.45pm on Saturday, 26 April, after reports of a stabbing.
A 58-year-old man was found with serious injuries consistent with a knife attack. He was taken to hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.

Connor Anderson, 24, of an address in Guestling, was subsequently charged with attempted %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%%. He appeared before %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% Magistrates' Court on Monday, 28 April.
Anderson was remanded in custody and is due to appear at %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_3%% Crown Court on 26 May.
