A Chatham drug dealer who stashed heroin and crack cocaine inside his clothing has been jailed after a Kent Police investigation.
Ozioma Egbujor, 27, was caught hiding a massive haul of 140 wraps of Class A drugs on his body after officers swooped on an address in Magpie Hall Road on Monday 3 %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% 2025.
%%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%%, attending the property on routine duties, found Egbujor upstairs. A search revealed 40 %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% stuffed in his trouser pocket, along with cash and two mobile phones.
A strip search at the station uncovered another 100 wraps, %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_3%%.
Egbujor was charged the same day with offences related to the supply of heroin and crack cocaine in the %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_4%% towns between February and March 2025.
After pleading guilty, he was sentenced to five years and eight months in %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_5%% at Canterbury Crown Court on Wednesday 7 May 2025.
“Dealers will be exposed”

“Drug dealers may go to great lengths to hide evidence, but our robust investigations ensure their activities are exposed. I'm pleased Egbujor is behind bars and that these dangerous substances have been removed from Kent's streets.”
