There has been a serious road traffic incident at the junction of Winklebury Way and Roman Road in Basingstoke.
Several people have been injured but no fatalities. %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% Incident Commanders have advises that due to the various spillages from the vehicles involved that it will take at least 2-3 hours to clear everything and restore normal flow of traffic. It has requested that if you can do to seek an alternative route avoiding this junction this evening.
