A woman from the local area has tragically died after being struck by a car driven by a reckless driver on the A124 Barking Road in Plaistow. The incident occurred at around 4:15 pm on October 15, when the driver, suspected to be under the influence of drink or drugs, ploughed onto a busy pavement, fatally injuring the woman before crashing into three parked vehicles.
