Police are desperate to find 15-year-old Jack, who vanished from Hartlepool more than two weeks ago. He was last seen on the night of Wednesday, 1 October, around 10pm.

Jack disappeared from the Hartlepool area but also has connections to nearby Newton Aycliffe. Authorities fear for his safety as time ticks on.

He is approximately 5’6” tall.
