An 18-year-old man has been locked up for life after being found guilty of killing Saymore T Kwashira in Leeds.
Romaine James Gets Minimum 24 Years Behind Bars
Romaine James, from Reginald Mount, Leeds, was convicted last month at Leeds crown-court/" title="Crown Court" rel="nofollow">Crown Court. Today, he was handed a life sentence with a minimum term of 24 years.
Multiple Sentences for Additional Crimes
James also received jail time for other offences. These include:
- Two years for possession of ammunition
- Twelve months for carrying a machete
- Two months for handling stolen goods
- One month for criminal damage
All these sentences will run concurrently with his murder sentence.
