In a disturbing incident, a 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of rape in Croydon. The arrest occurred after police were urgently called to the scene at the junction of London Road and Kidderminster Road shortly before 12:50am hrs on Saturday, 18 November.
Police and Emergency Services Response: Upon their arrival, officers from the local police force, along with the London Ambulance Service, attended to a distressing situation. A woman in her 30s reported that she had been raped. She was immediately taken to a hospital for medical attention.
