Humberside Police are urging residents to hand in knives and weapons as part of the national Sceptre knife surrender campaign. The ongoing campaign runs until Sunday, 23 November 2025, aiming to slash knife crime and keep streets safer.

No Questions Asked – Just Drop Off Your Knives

Chief Inspector Tim Harrison stressed the dangers of knife crime and reassured the public: “There are no questions asked. Simply take your knife or weapon to any listed police station and drop it in the knife bin. No forms, no records, just safer streets.”

Police Warn: Carrying Knives Puts You at Risk
