A man and woman have been charged with the murder of their three-month-old son, who was found unresponsive at a house in Seacombe on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
Klevi Pirjani, 36, and Nivalda Santos Pirjani, 34, both of Seacombe, were arrested following reports of concern for the child at their property on Percy Road. Emergency services attended the scene but were unable to save the infant, who was later confirmed to have died.
The couple has now been charged with murder and causing or allowing the death of a child. They remain in custody as the investigation into the tragic incident continues.
Both Klevi and Nivalda Pirjani are set to appear at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 27, 2025.
