Police have confirmed that a man has died after entering the <a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.Waterwater at england/millwall/”>Millwall Docks in E14 on Friday evening. The man’s body was recovered from Millwall Docks, london/”>East London, following the incident.
The Metropolitan Police said they were called at 5.54pm following concerns raised about a man seen going into the water.

Emergency services, including specialist search <a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.<a href=”https:///www.uknip.co.Teamsteams, attended the scene and conducted an extensive search.
Sadly, the body of a man was later recovered from the docks. His next of kin have not yet been informed.

A spokesperson for the Met said the death is currently being treated as unexpected but not suspicious.
Enquiries into the circumstances continue.
