Two teenagers have been charged in connection with an incident involving a corrosive substance at Surbiton railway station on 29 November.
The suspects, aged 16 and 14, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are charged with possession of a corrosive substance in a public place. Both are scheduled to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% on 2 December.
