Devon and Cornwall Police have issued an urgent appeal for information following the disappearance of 34-year-old Matt Welham, who was last seen in Exeter on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Concerns are growing for Matt’s welfare, as he is considered extremely vulnerable.

Matt was last spotted in the Exeter area wearing a camouflage army-style jacket, black jeans, and black shoes. Described as approximately 5ft 9in tall, with a stocky build and brown hair, Matt’s disappearance has sparked an extensive search effort.

Authorities have advised that due to Matt’s vulnerable status, members of the public should not approach him if seen. Instead, they should immediately contact Devon and Cornwall Police, quoting log number 782 of February 20, 2025.
