Heathrow Car Park on Fire
Four fire engines and about 25 firefighters have been scrambled to tackle a vehicle fire in a multi-storey car park/”>park at england/england/heathrow/”>heathrow/”>Heathrow Airport.
Terminal Tunnel Shut
The Mainmain tunnel leading to terminals 1, 2, and 3 is currently closed as crews wales/wales/Battlebattle-wales/”>battle-wales/”>battle/”>battle to control the blaze.
Rapid Response from Fire Brigade
The Brigade’s Control Officers received the first of eight calls about the fire at 9.04am. Firefighters from Heathrow, Hayes, and Feltham stations were immediately dispatched.
Cause Still Unknown
The cause of the fire remains a mystery as investigation continues.
