Shooting Victim Identified
Detectives investigating a shooting in england/clapham/”>Clapham have named the victim as Kyrone Moodie, a 27-year-old man who was fatally shot on wales/new-park/”>park/”>%%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% Road on Monday, 8 September.
Family Tribute
In a heartfelt statement, Kyrone's family described him as a “loving family man” who was “genuine and determined.” They added, “He helped everyone he could. Kyrone was just a humble, funny and God-worshiping family-oriented man.”

Incident Details
Police were called at 20:50hrs to reports of a shooting on New Park Road. Officers, along with the %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% Ambulance Service, arrived to treat Kyrone and a 20-year-old man who sustained gunshot wounds. Both were taken to hospital, but despite the best efforts of medical staff, Kyrone sadly died in the early hours of Tuesday, 9 September.
Appeal for Information
As the investigation continues, detectives are urging anyone who was in the New Park Road area on the evening of 8 September to provide any doorbell or camera footage. The second victim has since been discharged from hospital.
