A 43-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Barry Davison in Handsworth, Birmingham. West Midlands Police confirmed that Stewart McInnes will appear in Birmingham Magistrates Court tomorrow (Tuesday) over the fatal stabbing.
The Fatal Attack
Police were called by ambulance crews to Uplands Road just before 10pm on Saturday, 11 October. Barry Davison, 48, was found with stab wounds and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.

He hasn’t always made the best decisions and life hasn’t always been easy for him, but his family, especially me, his daughter, loved him more than anything. Police Continue Investigation
West Midlands Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward. Members of the public can call 101 quoting log 4604 of 11 October. Alternatively, tips can be given anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
