A man has been charged with attempted murder following a firearms discharge in Bradford earlier this month, police have confirmed.
Detectives investigating the incident, which occurred on Sunday, 9 %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%%, on Dovesdale Road, have charged Harris Mohammed, aged 23, of Carr Bottom Avenue, Bradford.
He has been charged with:
- Attempted %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%%
- Possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life
Mohammed has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates’ %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% later this morning (Saturday 15 March).
Ongoing Investigation
The charges follow a detailed %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_3%% by detectives into the shooting incident, which caused significant concern in the local community. %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_4%% have not confirmed whether anyone was injured during the discharge but emphasised that their inquiries are continuing.
