A man has been charged following a stabbing at London Victoria station on October 11. Christopher Patricks, 40, has been named as the suspect and has been charged with grievous bodily harm after an altercation between two men.
Police officers were called to the scene at 5:25 PM following reports of a fight. Paramedics arrived within minutes and found a man with stab injuries. The victim was taken to hospital, where his injuries were assessed as non-life threatening and non-life changing. He has since been discharged from hospital.
Patricks is scheduled to appear at North London Magistrates’ Court today, October 16.
In an earlier statement, Detective Inspector Ian Wright commented:
“There is no place for violence on the railway network, and detectives are working at pace to investigate the incident.”
