A tragic death has struck Reading Railway Station this afternoon after a person suffered a cardiac arrest on the premises.
Emergency Crews Rush to Scene
British Transport Police confirmed emergency services, including Thames Valley and Chiltern ambulance/" title="Air Ambulance" rel="nofollow">Air Ambulance, were scrambled to the station following the medical crisis. Paramedics battled to save the individual but sadly pronounced them dead at the scene.
No Suspicious Circumstances
Police have ruled out any suspicious activity surrounding the death. Earlier today, a heavy police and ambulance presence could be seen outside the busy station as teams responded swiftly to the incident.
