Police charge two over Elephant and Castle Underground Murder

British Transport Police say Jose Perez Fana, 30, of Cowbridge Lane, Barking and Kelvin Plata Fana, 22, also of Cowbridge Lane, Barking have been charged with the murder of 24 year old Norman Bertran-Tavarez (pictured). Norman died of his injuries after he was stabbed at Elephant & Castle Underground Station on September 1st.

They are also charged with GBH with intent in relation to the serious injury of a 25 year old man. Both were extradited from Antwerp, Belgium back to the UK.
