Police are urgently appealing for help in locating a 94-year-old woman named Jane, who has been reported missing from Lewisham earlier today.
Jane was last seen at around 11:20am on Saturday, %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% 15, and officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
She is described as having short grey hair and was last seen wearing a grey skirt. She was also carrying a crochet or straw bag.
Last Seen Near Lewisham Shopping Centre
Police believe Jane may be heading towards or seen in the %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%% Shopping Centre area, and are asking members of the public to be vigilant.
In a statement shared on X (formerly Twitter), Lewisham MPS said:
"Have you seen Jane, 94 years old, %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% from Lewisham since 11:20hrs? She has short grey hair, wearing a grey skirt and carrying a crochet/straw bag. Possibly would go to the Lewisham %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_3%% Centre area. If seen, please call 999 quoting CAD 2989/15MAR25."
Urgent Appeal for Information
Anyone who sees Jane or has any information about her whereabouts is urged to call 999 immediately, quoting reference CAD 2989/15MAR25.
