A woman has sustained injuries after being bitten by a dog while travelling on a train between Bromley South and Chatham.
The incident occurred just after 6pm on 9 August 2024, when the woman was walking past a dog lying near the carriage doors. As she passed, the dog bit her on the thigh, causing puncture wounds, bleeding, and bruising.
British Transport Police (BTP) are currently investigating the incident and have released an image of a man who may have information that could assist with their inquiries.
BTP are urging anyone with information to contact them by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 638 of August 9. Alternatively, anonymous reports can be made via Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
