Thames Valley Police are hunting a slim, blonde flasher who shocked locals in Headington last Friday afternoon.
Flasher Strikes in Broad Daylight
The pervert exposed himself between 2:30pm and 3:30pm on August 29, 2025, in Cox’s Alley. After his disgusting display, he casually strolled off down Gladstone Road.
Who’s This Suspect?
- White male, 5ft 10ins to 5ft 11ins tall
- Slim build with a narrow face and pointed chin
- Blonde hair
- Wearing a royal blue tracksuit
