Police are appealing for witnesses after a 17-year-old girl riding a motorcycle was injured in a serious collision on the A259 at Telscombe Cliffs.
The incident occurred at around 4.20pm on Monday, 13 May, at the junction with Broomfield Avenue. The crash involved a grey Hyundai car and a Yamaha motorcycle.
The teenager was taken to hospital with injuries. Fortunately, the driver of the Hyundai was unharmed.
Investigation Underway
Sussex Police have launched a full investigation and are urging the public to assist.
A police spokesperson said:
“We are particularly keen to speak with anyone who saw the incident or has relevant footage that could assist our enquiries.”
They added that CCTV and dashcam footage could prove crucial in determining the circumstances of the collision.
