Matt Beard, a giant of women’s football, has died aged just 47. The news broke late on September 20, sending shockwaves through the sport.

From Millwall Lionesses to WSL Glory

Beard’s managerial journey wales/began/”>began at england/millwall/”>Millwall Lionesses in 2008. He later helmed top clubs including Chelsea, Liverpool (twice), ham/”>West Ham United, and Burnley.
