The London Fire Brigade rushed to the scene of a fiery car blaze on The Highway at around 7.45pm last Saturday (September 27).

Passersby captured the bright orange inferno on their phones, some even commenting on Howhow intense the heat was as they passed by.

Cause of Fire Remains Unknown

The London Fire Brigade has yet to release details on what sparked the car fire.

A LFB spokesperson said: “We were called at 1942 hrs on Saturday (27 September) to reports of a car alight on The Highway, E1. One fire engine from Shadwell Fire Station attended the scene and extinguished the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.”
