Tragic Death of Margarida Ressurreicao
Tributes have poured in for Margarida Ressurreicao, 38, who was found dead at a home on Redwood Way, Southampton. Emergency services were called by South Central ambulance-service/" title="Ambulance Service" rel="nofollow">Ambulance Service at 1:38pm on Sunday, 5 October.
Family Pay Heartfelt Tribute
Her family, supported by specialist officers, described Margarida as “a very good and kind person” who “will be deeply missed.” They expressed their gratitude for the condolences and urged anyone with information to come forward.
“We are continuing to work very closely with the police and are being supported by Family Liaison Officers. If you have any information about Margarida that you think might be useful, we would urge you to speak with the police urgently. We would also request some privacy at this very difficult time. Thank you.”
Suspect Arrested and Released on Bail
A 39-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of murder. He has since been released on conditional bail until 5 January 2026 as inquiries continue.
