B&Q Reopens Shops After Weeks of Lockdown
DIY giant B&Q has thrown open its doors again after weeks of lockdown. The retailer had kept stores shut since late March, forcing fans to rely on click and collect only.
B&Q Follows Social Distancing Rules
The chain says it has carefully studied how other essential retailers enforce social distancing. Now, B&Q claims it’s ready to reopen safely with strict hygiene and distancing measures in place.

Shoppers in Reading, Berkshire, got the first glimpse of B&Q’s comeback as stores reopened with new safety protocols.
“We’re committed to keeping both staff and customers safe while getting the UK’s DIY projects back on track,” said a company spokesperson.
